Corundum mullite composite thermal insulation brick is the company's patented product. The heavy part uses fused white corundum, sintered sheet corundum, fused mullite and composite binder as the main raw materials, while the light part uses low-aluminum natural mullite, triite and burnt gem as the main raw materials. During forming, the baffle plate is set in the middle of the mold, and the two ends are added with heavy material and light material respectively. Made of high pressure forming and high temperature sintering, the product has the characteristics of abrasion resistance, erosion resistance, high temperature resistance, spalling resistance, excellent thermal shock stability, acid and alkali corrosion resistance. It is widely used in the lining of thermal equipment such as rotary kiln and secondary combustion chamber of environmental protection hazardous waste disposal production line.
